The whole family loved this, including my son who typically opts to eats Grape Nuts cereal for dinner rather than eat anything my wife or I might make. I did modify the recipe a bit. All ingredients which the recipe calls for 2 Tbl, I up to 3 Tbl, and 1 Tbl gets upped to 2 Tbl. I use 2 tsp lemon juice, and add 2 Tbl Liquid Smoke (any variety is good). I generally cook these on Sunday, and let them marinade before we head to church. We get home 3 hours later right around dinner time, and the chops are ready to go. Also, I generally cook these on the grill. I get the best results on my grill cooking on high heat (lid open)3 minutes on each side then rotate (get those nice cross-hatched sear marks) for another 3 minutes on each side. If you have a nice fatty chop, you do need to tend them vigilantly to avoid flare-ups that WILL char the meat.
