what an awesome recipe! made it as a marinade for my boyfriend, and sampled it beforehand (+ hot sauce). I decided to make myself some tofu and use it on that (vegetarian). I will use this recipe for years and years, thank you!

Quick, Easy, good for last minute. Next time I will cook for 45 minutes. I used think boneless pork chops. A little dry, but not too bad. Husband enjoyed. Will make again.

It was okay. My husband said it was really good. I thought it was okay. My 8-year old didn't really make much mention either way, but she did eat it. As usual, my 5-year old took some prodding to eat. It was fast, easy, and I had all the ingredients on hand. I wouldn't make again though unless I needed something for dinner and that's what I had on hand.

wanted something different to go on pork chops. i tried this and everyone else loved it, but i just thought it was okay. i guess the best way to explain how i felt about it was that i forgot i had even made this until i saw the name of it in my recipe box. not highly memorable for me.

This recipe turned out pretty good. I'm not a huge fan of pork chops because they always seem bland, but the sauce on these helped that. I did marinate the chops for about 5 hours and then made extra sauce to spread on before cooking.

Made a couple of times now & really like it. We did use others suggestion to double the sauce. When baking we've found that 20 min a side is enough. We covered the chops until the last 10 min when we uncovered them.

I've made this twice by mistake. The pork chops are chewy, the sauce is like water and tasteless. I am deleting it from my recipe box.

Very easy and very good. This was a great quick recipe for a weekday meal. My husband and toddler both loved it. These chops are also good cooked on the grill.

This was good but way to sweet for my liking!! next time i will definitely 1/2 the brown sugar. I only rated it a 3 because i also changed it up quite a bit with some spice. Added some minced garlic and onions, a bit of cajun hot sauce, hoisin sauce, and some ginger! and i am SOOO glad i did!!

I am not sure if I did something wrong, but my entire family did not like this recipe. It was almost like boiling the pork chops; they were not brown and the sauce was very watery. Won't try this one again.

I loved this recipe! I usually double the sauce ingredients. This also works great over baked chicken.

This turned out really good (best BBQ sauce I have ever made) but I'm gonna ding it a couple of stars for a couple of reasons. I don't know why it's called Marinated Baked Pork Chops when according to the recipe, you don't marinate the pork. I did (for about 12 hours) and the meat turned out super flavorful. Also, 60 minutes bake time for pork chops? Really? I did mine for 40 minutes (they were average thickness), and that was ample. Like I say, the flavor was superb, but it wasn't quite right with pork chops. Next time I'll slow cook some pork tenderloin with the sauce in my crockpot, and shred it - it'll be awesome in sandwiches. Would work great with brisket too, I'm sure!

Tasty!! Made these for dinner tonight, but since I was only cooking for hubby and I, cut the recipe in half (only used 2 chops). I found the 'sauce' amount to be plenty. I did mince a garlic clove into it and opted to use sesame oil instead of veg oil (nice complement). I did only use 1 tsp of sesame oil even after cutting the recipe in half since I find it has a very prominent flavour and I didn't want it to overpower the other ingredients. Baked covered for 30min, then uncovered for 10, perfect! Juicy and moist, thanks!

I didn't mind this dish, however my husband really didn't like it at all. It's very similair to a chicken in cola dish that I make often, that has fewer ingredients and a better taste. We won't be making this again.

My family and I normally don't like, nor do we eat pork chops, but I still wanted to give these a try... I figured there had to be at least one pork chop recipe out there. And I was right, my whole family ate these, they tasted great and I will make them again!!!
