Great Stuff! I made it exactly, except that I only did 3 chops, not 6. Turned out great... I read about some of the changes made by others. Some sound interesting.

This was a bit too sweet with a strange aftertaste IMO. I'm not a big ketchup fan, so this could have contributed towards it.

I made it as it is in the recipe. Not enough of the sauce and it doesn't hold up well when cooked in the pan. I agree that it should be cooked on a rack, but didn't try it that way. I would also recommend doubling the recipe. Cook time was too long, pork came out chewy. Finally, the sauce is not very flavorful, it's sweet, but very bland...needs spice.

Wonderful! I just tried this tonight, and my husband is a very picky eater. He hates when I try something new, but he LOVED it! I left out the lemon juice, because I didn't have any and it still tasted great. This will definitely be on the menu more often.

I made this last weekend and they were the best pork chops I have ever had! I made no changes except for doubling the marinade. Will make this more often.

Really good dish. It's hard to find good ideas for pork chops that doesn't dry them out. I sliced the chops before placing on a serving dish, then poured the hot marinade over them. Very tasty and juicy. I served it with mashed sweet potatoes. Yum!

These were good; I did broil them for 5 minutes each side at the end. Seemed a touch dry, but I do prefer juicy meat. Tripled the sauce, and marinated it in the same sauce for the day before making them.

We loved these chops! I used the following suggestions that others posted... tripled the amount of sauce, added extra brown sugar to thicken, added rice vinegar, cut the oil in half, sprinkled w/garlic salt prior to pouring on the sauce, covered the dish for the 1st 30min of cooking. The only thing I would do different is allow the chops to marinade in sauce prior to cooking. I also baked potatoes & used some sauce on them. mmmm'

I doubled the recipe as other reviewers suggested and added a little bit more brown sugar. The sauce was very tasty I just need to work on keeping the meat moist.

WOW This is one of the best sauces I've had in awhile. Did as recommended and tripled the yield. Also added garlic to the chops before adding the sauce. Also marinated them for a couple hours. Will DEFINITELY use again.

I had some very thick pork chops-so I wanted to try something different. The "marinated pork chop" were great. I basically tripled the marinade, then "soaked" the chops for about 2 hrs. Before baking I basted the tops-put in a 350 degree oven after an 1/2 hr.I turned the chops over and basted the top-let cook for another 1/2 hr. & they were done. I added some chile garlic sauce-not much, as it very spicy away they went

I made the recipe exactly as posted. We liked it and may try it again, but next time I will experiment with adding spices, as I found the flavor to be missing something.

These were delicious! The only thing I did different, was cover with foil for the first 55 minutes, then uncover and broil for 5 more minutes to caramelize the glaze.
