I made these but I modified it a bit. I doubled the sauce and added 1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning, garlic powder, basil leaves, black pepper and lemon & pepper. I doubled the amount of Worcestershire sauce and added an extra tablespoon of soy sauce. I only made 4 chops and doubling the sauce really made them juicy-er...Haha. My fiancee loved them and wants me to make them every week. Haha. They came out really great. The sace was a-freaking-mazing. Haha. Great recipe I will make it every week. :P

I found the suggested cooking time much too long. Next time, will follow others suggestions! I also sprinkled black pepper and garlic powder on chops before adding sauce. My BF said these were perfect, but much too dry and chewy for my son and I, after only 30 minutes total.

I was pleasantly surprised how much I liked this recipe ! The chops were excellent . I did put them under the broiler for 5 minutes as other suggested and that held the sauce on perfectly . I will definately make these again !

I followed everyone's tip by covering the chops and cooking for 10 minutes, adding more sauce, re-covering and cooking for 10 more and then removing the cover and broiling for 5 minutes and the chops came out perfectly cooked, juicy and very well seasoned. Will definitely make again.

After reading everyone's comments, I doubled the sauce, with half the oil. Substituted OJ for lemon juice, with a dash of ginger, had 4 chops, and could have had more sauce. I also poured out the oil/sauce after the first 30 minutes, to reduce the fat ... divine!

Good recipe! Simple, easy, tasty! At the last minute I decided to add some minced garlic (after I baked for the first 30 min and flipped them). They remained tender and juicy and we loved 'em! Thanks!

This was so good!!! We followed the recipe, plus we added a clove of minced garlic and some chopped onion. After putting 1/2 the sauce on the pork chops we let the veggies marinate in the other sauce until adding it... one of the best pork chops I've ever had!!

The flavor was great! I just over cooked them, as I tend to do. I doubled the sauce as a few others had mentioned.

I was excited to try this recipe after the good reviews, but was disappointed. I actually marinated the pork chops for a few hours and feel that there wasn't much flavor to them, even so. I also only cooked them for 20 min. each side and they came out pretty tough.

This was good, but I took the advice of another reviewer and pan browned my pork chops with a coating of flour. They were nice and brown coming out of the pan but after cooking in the sauce, the flour became gooey. I would suggest doing it without the flour.

These pork chops were delicious. I seasoned my pork chops first with some spanish seasoning, then I saw this recipe. I put the pork chops in the oven as directed and as it was cooking I poured the marinade on top. I flipped it over after about 20 minutes and poured more marinate. My son is a picky eater and he said "mom you should make this everyday." I will use this recipe again. Thank you.

Futzed around, worchestershire, soy, sweet hot mustard, garlic powder, apple cider vinegar, ketchup. Boiled marinade after cooking it with chops. Added packet of brown gravy to cut tang. Cooked chops covered about 30 min, well recieved!
