The marinade is delicious! You'll want to double the sauce for sure! I let the pork chops marinade w/ half of the sauce the fridge for 3-4 hours before baking, then used the other half for basting during baking. Cooking time was a lot less but it will depend on your oven and the thickness of the chops. Leftovers were even better the next day!

I needed a fast recipe and this answered the call. I used pork scaloppini instead of chops so baked it for a much shorter time. I like the flavor of the sauce but I think it would work better next time to let it marinade because I didnt really feel the flavor soaked into them. Also as everyone else said, the sauce ran out so maybe increase the ingredient portions a little.

I thought these were good, but my husband and two young boys (3 & 5) absolutely LOVED them. I did not think either of my kids would eat a whole pork chop, but they gobbled them up. We even used 1-inch thick chops! The only thing we did differently was to just marinate them in the sauce for about six hours, and then put them on the grill and discard the sauce. I love it when my men--big and little alike--love their dinner. This one was a hit! Thank you for the recipe!

After reading several reviews I decided to take some suggestions. I made this using 4 bone in chops, so to make sure I had enough sauce to put on the rice I tripled the recipe with the following changes: 1) 2 tbs olive oil 2) 3 tsp white vinegar instead of lemon juice 3) 3 tbs orange juice (could have added 1/4 c) 4) 3 cloves garlic chopped (would add more next time, my family loves garlic) 5) 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes I mixed the ingredients in a corningware dish and let it marinate for a few hours then cooked it at 350 for 15 minutes (covered) then flipped chops and cooked for and additional 10 minutes uncovered. I then broiled for for 3-5 minutes for a little char flavor. There was plenty of sauce for the rice and I could have actually added two more chops and had enough sauce. This recipe was a great base to jazz up several different ways. Thanks for all the inspiration!

I made a double recipe of this sauce replacing the vegetable oil with 1 Tbps sesame oil and marinated a pork tenderloin and adding the sauce while it cooked. It turned out fabulous. I liked the base of this sauce so much that I decided to use it again in a shrimp stir fry. I once again used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil. I doubled the recipe and replaced one tsp of lemon juice with rice vinegar and I used a habanero ketchup for one of the tablespoons of ketchup. It gave the sauce a little kick, which was great in the stir fry. I love this sauce!

I made this recipe exactly as instructed!!!! The only difference is that I changed settings for 8 people instead of the 6. Everyone ate them up. There was 5 of us, and 9 chops! No leftovers tonight!

Excellent! Very moist and flavorful! I did two things differently though, I let the meat marinade for awhile in the sauce before I cooked it, helped the meat to absorb the flavor! I added a bit more brown sugar too, but other then that it was grate! My family ate them up quickly : )

Very moist chop. To seal the chops since I had very thick ones, I dipped them in an egg wash and Italian seasoned breadcrumbs. I then browned them in butter and garlic, seasoned them in the pan with salt, pepper and chili powder, before putting them in the baking dish.

I thought it was a wonderful marinade. It gave the pork a lot of flavor. I put some onion and red bell pepper on top while I baked them and they were a wonderful compliment to the meat. I will also have to try it with chicken.

Just made this for dinner and my hubby and son raved about how tender the chops were. Followed the recipe exactly as written, with the exception of cooking them a little longer and hotter because I had something else cooking with them. It's a keeper the hubby is already requesting it for next week..thanks for easy recipe!

This was delicious!! My husband loved it and I thought the sauce was perfect - it wasn't too runny like many sauces are - this one stuck to the pork chops and had an excellent flavor! Thank you!

Simple and quick! Great for working moms. Because I work and get home after my husband and children I marinated the night before, all my husband has to do is get home and pop it in the oven. Everyone loved them.

We enjoyed this. My husband wanted to grill the chops rather than have me bake them, and the sauce was nice for a marinade and basting. 4 stars because, while it wasn't over-the-top fabulous, still very good. I'll use it again.
