I didn't mind this dish, however my husband really didn't like it at all. It's very similair to a chicken in cola dish that I make often, that has fewer ingredients and a better taste. We won't be making this again.

My family and I normally don't like, nor do we eat pork chops, but I still wanted to give these a try... I figured there had to be at least one pork chop recipe out there. And I was right, my whole family ate these, they tasted great and I will make them again!!!

This was so good! I did double the sauce. Also, I followed another reviewer's advice and covered with foil for the first 30 minutes of baking. I was a bit worried that they would be dry due to such a long cooking time but they were moist and delicious. Thanks so much for sharing!

Delicious!! I only cook for two, but I still doubled the recipe for the sauce (and only put in half the brown sugar), and spread the excess over the chops after serving. Also, if you can get your hands on "Curry Ketchup," use that instead of regular tomato ketchup. Or just add a teaspoon or so of curry powder when you're stirring the sauce. It really adds to the flavor!! My husband LOVED this recipe, and I will definitely be making it again!

Very tasty. I marinaded the pork chops for several hours before cooking. Baked in covered pan for 30 min, rotated and covered with remaining sauce. Served with white rice and used the sauce from cooked chops to pour on rice.

This was a good and easy recipe after a long day at work! I did double the sauce, and will likely bake pork chops with this recipe again. (We ate regular apple sauce with it and found it to be a good combo).

Made this tonight - husband loved it...said he would give it 4 stars - I didn't think it was that great. To me there is just something missing from the sauce. Not sure I would make it again.

I found this really bland and was not happy at all with it. I followed it to the tee. I use this site often and when there are so many good reveiews generally it's a hit but I cook for a living and I would not put this one on a menu.

I doubled the sauce for this many chops like others suggested and it was needed. I broiled for last few minutes also. It was a little oily so I may leave someof that out next time. They were moist and really good using a thick cut of meat. I will marinate them longer next time to make the flavor a little stronger. I served with fried rice from here and it was great together. Also great the next day cold chopped on a salad with sunflower seeds, mandarin oranges, chow mein noodles and the left over sauce as dressing.

I started marinating these one night, and we didnt end up making then till the next night so they marinated for over 24 hours....so instead of pouring the sauce over them to cook i breaded and baked them...they were pretty strong but if i make them again i wont marinade

I made these pork chops for dinner last night. They were pretty good. The sauce was good...tastes like a homemade BBQ sauce. Like others, I'll try it on chicken and ribs. This recipe is a keeper.

These pork chops were very moist and delicious. Next time, I will marinate them overnight and make some extra sauce for dipping! And next week, the sauce is going on some baked chicken...yum!

This is always a hit. I double the sauce and marinade the meat in half of it, then cook the meat in the other half.

I thought this was very tasteful! My son loved it and he hates "chewy" meat! I even used frozen pork chops without thawing and they were perfect. I doubled the sauce with 6 boneless chops and there was enough to pour over the top to dip in. Everyone thought it was very yummy! Thanks!

Very good.I marinated the pork chops overnight with 1/2 the sauce and then continued with the recipe the next day with the other half of the sauce. Make sure you poke holes in the chops so the marinade soaks through.
