This works wonderful on top sirloin cut into strips and served over rice. Burn off the juice on the BBQ along with the onions - the flavor is great!

The only reason I marinate any of the meat I cook is for my husband who loves to have a lot of flavor in all his food. Usually I will save some unmarinated meat for myself, but this time I marinated two steaks for my husband and I...and I was very pleasantly surprised. It had a really great taste that was not too overpowering of the actual meat flavor. It was really good and my husband loved it as well!

Wanted to try a different marinade. I was a little worried that the soy sauce may dominate the flavors and although it was a good marinade, the soy did indeed. I used a baggie and put the striploin steaks into it in the fridge for around 3 days. Very tender - next time - less soy sauce (1/2 - 1/2 with something else - steak sauce?).

I loved this recipe. I usually don't like marinades but I had 2 pounds of cheap steak that I wanted to "beef" up a bit. It was outstanding! What a great way to avoid paying a kings ransom for a good steak!

This was excellent. We added Montreal Steak Seasoning to the steaks before putting them in the marinade. The steaks were delicious. We will definitely be making this again!

I just tried this marinade tonight, and was very impressed!I cut the oil in half and used olive oil instead of vegetable oil. I also didn't have red wine vinegar, so I used balsamic, and low sodium soy. I will definitely use this recipe again.

Our family eats steak almost every Friday and we have prepared it in a million different ways, all good but this is such the "BOMB"!!! Love Love Love it, the flavor is amazing! You will not be dissapointed in trying this. We always use either Rib-Eye or New York and it's great on both. Will use this when impressing company for sure.

I marinaded some sizzlers for about 2 hours in the fridge then turned and basted them with the remander of the marinade on the grill. They turned out great. Very tasty and the meat was still tender. I will use this recipe again.

I'm giving a four star because I thought it was a great marinade for the veges although I did not think it added anything to the meat. Maybe it was because I cooked the veges/meat in a stir fry instead of grilling like a kabob...all in all, definitely will use again!!!

Awesome! I am very picky when it comes to marinades and we loved this one. I used it for sirloin shish kabobs. The only thing I did different was that I used about a tbs. of dried onion instead of slicing an onion. This is definitely a keeper. Thanks!
