Great marinade. The recipe makes a lot. The second time I used it I halved the recipe since I was only using enough meat for my husband and I.

much too salty. may make again but omit the extra salt, because the soy sauce makes it salty enough.

Great recipe and so easy!! Marinated chicken breasts for only 2 hours, but that was enough. Made a few adjustments since I did not have all the items required. Used apple cider vinegar instead of red wine, substituted fresh lime juice instead of lemon(less acid with vinegar), and green onion instead of parsley. My husband loved it and so did my 21/2 year old. It was so moist, will definately use this recipe again.

My family LOVED this marinade. We slathered it on a whole chicken and put it on the grill for an hour. My father in law had thirds!!!!! Fantastic.

Truly scrumptious! We tried this first on turkey cutlets - started the marinade the night before and grilled them the next evening (turned them once in the morning and again early afternoon) - they were melt-in-your-mouth perfect.

OUTSTANDING! I made this the night before dinner and the flavor was really amazing. I made 1/2 the recipe and added about 1 tsp of minced garlic. Moist, tender and flavorful. Thank you, submitter!!

This was pretty good. I ran out of propane before I could grill it, so I ended up pan-searing it. It probably would have been better grilled. The marinade gave the chicken more of a beef flavor, so if you're missing beef, then this will probably work for you.

First off, I adjusted the recipe for 6 servings since I didn't need 32, lol. I thought this was a great tasting marinade! I've used a couple from this site, but this one really seemed to permeate the chicken but wasn't overpowering. Just a little "something something" that made it taste great. I made very small changes based on what I had on hand (used about 1 tsp of Grey Poupon Country Dijon mustard in place of dry mustard), omitted salt since I wasn't using a reduced sodium soy sauce, used 1/2 the pepper called for in the "6 servings" recipe, and I added in some chopped green onion because I had it on hand. Other than that (and those were very minor changes, imo), I stuck with the recipe/ingredients. It was marinated for about 3 hours too, so not a real long time, so I was very pleased with the flavor. Thumbs up!

Uh this is soooooooooooooooooooooooo salty!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe next time I'll just leave it out because I think the flavor other than that would've been good.

I made the chicken on kabobs with lots of fresh veggies & everyone really liked them. The chicken seemed to be much more tender than I expected. Next time I'll marinate longer, for more flavor. We loved the flavor!

Wow! What a great recipe! I marinated the chicken for about four hours and it was so tender and flavorful. Everyone was asking for the recipe. I think it will be even better with steak and can't wait to try that. Definitely going in my "keeper binder!"
