Tried this last night with a cheaper cut of beef steak. I let it marinate 8 hours in the refrigerator, used the charcoal grill and it turned out WONDERFUL. I did leave out the parsley and cut the oil to 1 cup. The family raved. Thanks for the recipe.

Very good marinade. I thought it would taste too much like soy sauce- but it didn't- a nice blend of all the flavors. Only change I made was cut the recipe in half- and it still made more than enough to marinate 4 chicken breasts. Perfect for the grill- we are going to try it with beef next!

This was excellent! Everybody at my BBQ asked for the recipe. Had tri-tip also. People who are normally all beef eaters, ate this too.

This was pretty good.. Didn't blow me away or anything, but wasn't bad by any means... Was a little unmemorable, so I am not sure that I will make it again.

Very easy and super tasty! I cut the recipe in half and had plenty for two large chicken breasts. After letting the chicken marinade for over 4 hours, my husband grilled it on our gas grill and it turned out so juicy and flavorful. We were both impressed and will use this recipe again!

Very very good. I added some dried Chile flakes, onion powder, ginger and fresh orange juice to the second time around and they both turned out really great!

I love anything different with chicken! This is a keeper eventhough I used olive oil and I baked instead!

This is a great marinade for summer grilling. It has a nice mix of flavor with the Worcestershire sauce and makes for moist chicken in 20 minutes. It goes with just about all side dishes, from potato salads and grilled vegetables to risotto or baked potatoes. The family loved it!

Excellent marinade! I was looking for something that had good flavor without being too spicy or too sweet- this was the perfect solution. I modified it slightly by omitting the salt (not necessary with soy and Worcestershire IMO) and adding minced garlic and onion (no fresh on hand). Even with only five hours in the marinade, it turned out great. This is one for the regular rotation.

This was absolutely amazing. I made this marinade for a birthday BBQ and got rave reviews on my chicken. The chicken was so tender and flavorful that it almost melted in your mouth. I followed the recipe with the exception of using low sodium soy sauce and oil olive. I will use this recipe everytime for now on. Tip: make sure you change your serving size to reflect how much you will need.

Wow,Wow, and .... Wow... I marinated my chicken thighs in this dreamy marinade for about 7 hours. This is an exceptional marinade. The only thing I changed was.... I did 1/4 cup of red wine vinegar and 1/4 cup of BALSAMIC ... vinegar... I thought the sugars of the balsamic would carmelize nicely on the grill...and I was right. I'm looking forward to making this again.. thank you so much for sharing...

I omitted the parsley as we don't like it, and I used prepared English mustard. Marinated the chicken breasts for about 12 hours, and cooked them on the Foreman grill. They turned out very moist, and there was quite a lot of flavor. Still, if I were to make this again, I would add a little freshly-minced garlic to the marinade. Nice recipe. Thanks!

I read up on a lot of the reviews before I made this and now that I have tried it I must go against popular opinion. It's not bad but it's not great, nothing pops out about this. I tried it on a baked chicken breast as well as fried fingers. Maybe I should be grilling instead? I'm disappointed considering all the good ingredients I have put into this marinade only for it to turn out "blah". You may want to watch out how long you let this marinate because lemon juice will eventually cook the chicken, so to speak. Turns rubbery (past experience).
