We really enjoyed this marinade. I really loved how it smelled and the skin had a nice shine to it. The chicken had a nice flavor and though we had BBQ sauce on hand, we really didn't use much of it. This marinade stood nicely on its own. Can't wait to have it for lunch today. Thanks JILLYPOOH

I made a half batch for 1.3 pounds boneless chicken breasts. Would have been enough to marinate double that amount of chicken.

I find this recipe a little salty...but hey...I like salt! The marinade is easy to make and does go a long way. I usually make 3 breasts or chicken strips and need to cut the marinade recipe in half. Good taste and would recommend letting it marinade overnight. We have used the grill to cook the chicken and I have cooked it in the oven. Both ways taste great!

This is a great marinade! I recommend that you give it at least 24 hours. I used this for 2.25 pounds of chicken (3 large breasts) but this easily could taken care of double that. Would have been awesome for drumsticks.

Fantastic marinade!! It will make any home cook look like a professional chef! You will not be disappointed. You'll get so many raves, you'll need a bigger chef's hat! (btw, you can sub balsamic vinegar instead of the red wine vinegar, its really tasty that way. Your chicken , beef or pork will practically stand up and take a bow for you!)

YUMMY! Used orange juice as I had no lemon juice- added a little minced garlic as well- very good.

Great flavor. I was looking for a quick marinade for the legs and thighs we wanted to grill for dinner. I cut the recipe in half. I had all the ingredients on hand except for fresh parsley so i used dried instead. I was only able to marinade a couple of hours and the chicken was moist and flavorful. Next time I will let it sit overnight. I think this would work great on pork also.

Great marinade! The chicken was very juicy & had a wonderful taste. Didn't change a thing (only the serving size to 16 people!)

This is a delightful marinade. This is the second time using, now modified (but still 4 stars) ...I used olive oil, low sodium soy, no additional salt, prepared mustard, no parsley, added : honey, herbes de Provence, garlic & lots of love. Thanks for a great recipe.

We liked this very much. The only change was I did not have fresh parsley. Making it again today. We usually use a fireman's BBQ this is a nice change.

I have been using this marinade for quite a few months now and it is WONDERFUL! I have marinated the chicken over night and also marinate for only a few hours and both ways were great. I always use Cider Vinegar and usually use dried parsley, since I rarely have fresh on hand. This marinade is a keeper and recommended!

I am making this for the second time tonight, but with white wine instead of lemon juice. The first time I made it the kids said it was the best chicken they ever had!

This is so good! I marinated the chicken for about 2 hours then baked it. Instead of vegetable oil I used coconut and olive oil since those are much healthier. The marinade certainly does not need any more salt, the soy sauce takes care of that. The chicken came out tender, juicy, and full of savory flavor! If you don't have any dried mustard on hand regular will work fine.

I didn't have lemon juice or ground mustard in the house so I had to do without. It was still amazing and juicy. Next time I will add the lemon juice and ground mustard and marinate over night and see how that works. But this still worked out well!

The whole family loves this recipe! The chicken is really moist and it doesn't need to marinate long for great flavor. The last time I made this recipe, it only marinated for 30 minutes while the charcoal grill was heating up and it was very flavorful. And any recipe my 5 and 4 year old boys rave about get 5 stars!

I'm undecided on this rating. I personally wasn't thrilled with it, but the hubby and kids liked it, so I'm giving it four stars, but I think this is being generous. :) The chicken was very moist (I think this is what the kids liked about it), but I thought the taste wasn't anything to rave about. I did reduce the oil to make it healthier, but I don't think that would have affected the flavor too much. Maybe it would have been better without the Worchestershire sauce??? I probably won't make it again unless the kids personally request it.
