I made this recipe large enough for 86 (probably a bit too much) for a birthday party we had this past weekend. I marinated the 60 something chicken thighs for 24 hours. The chicken was such a hit that I RAN out of chicken. I just emailed this marinade to everyone in attendance because I had so many requests for it. I've use Allrecipes weekly for the past 6 months, but have not felt compelled to submit a review until now. Even though I was only able to pick at my daughter's chicken and didn't get a full piece of chicken to myself, I highly recommend this marinade based on the comments received by our party-goers.

Delicious, juicy and tender chicken! Makes a large amount, which was great, and easily marinaded 6 large chicken breasts! I marinated the chicken for about 4 hours, and it had plenty of flavor, so I'm done looking...this was great and so easy!

This marinade was great! I made it last night and let the chicken marinade for about 3 hours. It was so juicy, moist and flavorful. I can't wait to try it on beef and pork. Definitely a keeper!

This was awesome! I was a little concerned because all of the different flavors going on, but it was great. I used balsamic vinegar instead of red wine and also added some cumin and garlic. Very good chicken with a unique flavor.

This is the BEST marinade I have ever made! (And I have made many!!!) I used it on chicken tenders which my husband grilled. Excellent flavor and tender, juicy meat! Next time I may add some minced garlic. Not that the recipe needs anything added to it, I just love the garlic flavor in a marinade!

This was awesome! This was my first attempt at making marinaded grilled chicken and I was very pleased with the result. I must confess that I didn't measure ingredients, I just kind of ball parked it and I added a bit of minced garlic. Also, I didn't have red wine vinegar so I used balsamic. I will definitely make this again.

Sorry, tasted too much of the mustard for my family. I liked it the next day cold with my tossed salad. But no one touched it. This has too much mustard in it.

The chicken was marinaded over night. It was full of flavor, but for us it tasted too much like vinegar, and mustard. We purchased some mini premade pizzas and I put Bull's Eye Sweet and Sticky BBQ sauce, then cut up the chicken, sliced a button mushroom, and added marble cheddar cheese. It was great on my version of a BBQ Chicken Pizza.

I can't give it 5 stars because this is my first marinade recipe, but I LOVE it. I continually use this as a "starting place" and modify it. Instead of Worcestershire sauce, I use Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce. I have also used lime juice instead of lemon (zingy!) and dried Japanese horseradish rather than mustard. In addition to dried parsley, I have also added basil and thyme. And it's not just for chicken! Worked GREAT with pork cutlets! Thanks for this one!

This was the best marinade that we have tried, and I have tried a lot. Grilled it and it was absolutely wonderful. It makes a lot so I used the extra for steaks the next day. Definitely 5 stars!

A wonderful blend of flavors.I marinated chicken for about 2 hours and both my wife and myself thought it was the best baked chicken. I chopped 2 cloves of garlic and added to the sauce. The next time I make this,I'm going to make a double batch and store 1 batch in the fridge in a mason jar for future use. Thank you so much for the recipe. It really deserves 10 stars, thanks again.

This marinade was outstanding with the addition of crushed garlic, red pepper flakes, and double the fresh parsley. I let it marinade for about 7 hours - we could tell it would be great once we pulled the chicken breasts out of the plastic baggie and put them on the grill. The finished project was savory and juicy - received many compliments - will definitly add this to my recipe box!
