YUM! I made this for my wife and mom and it was a hit. I did change a couple thing. I sauted the garlic in a dash of EVOO to bring the flavor a bit. I also used some fresh Parisan in the filling as well. Instead of butterflying the beast I a knife and pushed it in the thick end of the breast and made a pocket, and then stuffed them. By reading other reviews I saw that there would be leftover stuffing so I took some Manictti and stuffed them with the rest of the filling. I will be making this recipe again.
