We loved this recipe, changed a little bit but for the most part followed the recipe. Toothpicks are a bit of a pain but it's worth it!

YUM! I made this for my wife and mom and it was a hit. I did change a couple thing. I sauted the garlic in a dash of EVOO to bring the flavor a bit. I also used some fresh Parisan in the filling as well. Instead of butterflying the beast I a knife and pushed it in the thick end of the breast and made a pocket, and then stuffed them. By reading other reviews I saw that there would be leftover stuffing so I took some Manictti and stuffed them with the rest of the filling. I will be making this recipe again.

I absolutely love this recipe. It is now on the list of regular meals in my house. They always stay tender and the flavor is so yummy. Very easy to make. The recipe does make too much stuffing and I tend to throw out half of it though. My 3 year old twins even like it and it is an easy way to get them some spinach. :)

I love this chicken breast recipe! The creamy spinach filling was a nice addition to the tender chicken breasts. Maria certainly knows how to turn boring baked breast into something different yet delicious. I will make again definitely.

I like to try new things and this sounded like it would be good. I was a little leary about spaghetti sauce on chicken but it was really good. This actually tasted like a chicken lasagna without the pasta. I think next time I will do as other reviewers said and add the spaghetti sauce and mozz. cheese about half way through cooking. Made great leftovers. I will definitely make it again!

Very good; used fresh spinach instead of frozen, much better texture. Also slipped a few slices of proscuitto in for more complexity.

My husband loved it, he said he felt like he was in a restuarant because of the way it looked. Will make again but will use half the ingredients for the stuffing the next time.
