Ingredients

  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth
  • 1/2 cup butter, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  2. In a 9x9 inch baking dish combine rice, soup and broth. Place butter slices on top of the mixture.
  3. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake 30 minutes more.
