Very good VERY FAST dish. Perhaps we had a thiner cut of meat (they didn't have sirloin when I went to pick it up). Followed the recipe exactly, except maybe a bit less cornstarch because the stewed tomato juice was already very thick. Great when you need dinner in a hurry especially if you make it with couscous or 10 min rice or any other quick side dish.

I have been making this for years. I found this recipe in a TOH magazine. It's quick, easy and has flavor.
