This is a good recipe. It's awesome for when you don't want to drag out the mixer. I used oil instead of margarine or butter, and water for the milk, because I have a colleague who can eat not dairy. I added cinnamon, but it could use some additional spices. I also added about 2/3 c. of peanut butter chips. Got good reviews at school. Don't overbeat:)

My family really enjoyed this bread. It's easy to make (so my kids were able to help), it smelled SO good while it was baking, and my three kids (who have rejected my other banana bread attempts) all asked for seconds and even thirds.
