great and easy recipe I choose to use an extra 1/4 tsp of maple extract otherwise the cookies themselves can kind of over power the cream flavour. Cookies stay nice and chewy. Just remember to remove the cookies from the sheet while warm.

Very good! I like the flavor of the cookies by themselves but the filling makes it even better!!
