Excellent! Just the right amount of sweet and salty without being too much. I omitted garlic salt, the soy sauce adds enough salt and the fresh garlic adds enought garlic. I also listened to another reviewer and added 1 tblsp of brown sugar, because my maple syrup was light. Sooo EASY to make and wonderful to eat. Many thanks for this fabulous recipe!

This was great, I added a little ginger puree, and garlic powder as I dont like garlic salt. I served this with some onion flavoured rice, broccoli and garlic bread, what a great meal!!

Absolutely freakin' fabulous! I usually add or change a few things, but didn't feel this needed it. I cooked the fish skin-side up, it made for peeling the skin super easy afterwards. The fish was amazingly moist. Definately a keeper!

This was very good. My wife and I loved it. I made no changes to the recipe except for doubling the sauce. I served it with brown rice, maple syrup carrots and green peas. We're looking forward to leftovers tonight.

The maple glaze is outstanding. I double the glaze recipe and use it for rice and stir-fry vegetables as well.

I've never made salmon on my own before but this came out great! I thought the garlic, maple, and soy sauce really flavored the salmon well without overpowering it. I'm not a huge fish person but the sweetness from the maple syrup really gave me an incentive to try it, and I was not disappointed!

I made this for the first time when we had company for dinner (daring, but I trusted all the reviews). They each had THREE servings. Needless to say, it was a hit. Even my one year old loved it. This is our new "standard" Salmon recipe. Thanks!

Very tasty! I let the fish marinade just while the oven was preheating. The flavors are very nice and meld well together - the sweetness is subtle and the garlic/soy sauce flavors are not overpowering. I will definitely make this again.

Not that this one needs another rave review, but my husband and I absolutely devoured this dish! I did adjust the spices to our preferred flavors and added 3 cloves of garlic, some fresh ginger, and about 2 tsp. of basil. The salmon came out so moist and made the house smell delicious. Served wilted spinach and rice, this is sure to come in our regular rotation.

I made this according to the recipe plus a bit of grated ginger. Everyone seemed to like it from age 1 to 40! Asked my picky husband what he rates it out of five stars, and he said a firm four. So, there you go.

I have made this recipe twice, each time following exactly only without the garlic salt. It has been really great both times! We, at least, enjoyed the flavor of the maple and garlic blending together.
