This was very good. I never made salmon in my life and it turned out great. I didn't know the salmon fillets you purchased still had the skin on it. It took me awhile to remove the skin because I didn't have a very sharp knife. I ended up pulling the skin and scales off with ease. One thing I would say about this recipe is that the cooking time seems very long. I cooked it for 30 mins and it was just a tad dry- I think 25 mins would have been better. I guess it depends on your oven so keep checking so it doesn't dry out. I served with brown rice and mixed veggies this was very very good and not fishy at all to my surprise! After eating this salmon I thought wow.. why do people eat chicken when fish tastes this good!

This was a hit with my family, including my 22 month old son who of late won't eat anything just because I put it in front of him. Even days later, as I offered him chicken and other meals, he kept turning them down and saying "fish?"

My mother-in-law is very picky about Salmon and I was able to impress her with this dish. I stuck to the recipe because I'm not an adventurous cook.

Best Salmon I have ever tried. My all time favorite recipe. Another great recipe is miso glazed, but this is cheaper and easier to make. Marinate for 30 mins then bake.

We love this recipe, this is the only way the kids will eat salmon and thats why it earns 5 stars! The maple syrup makes the fish sweet but not so sweet that hubby and I won't eat it. Thanks for sharing!

I loved the flavor of this salmon!! Even the hubby said he'd eat this salmon because it tastes like more that fish!! LOL I didn't get to cook this dish in the oven, as my heating elements fried during the preheat. I ended up tossing them in a oiled up, high heated pan until they had a nice coat on them!! Can't wait to try in the oven! TY!!

You can't go wrong with this! I added scallions and made a touch extra on the side to brush on a few minutes before it was done. I grilled this on a soaked cedar plank so I marinated 30 minutes, set it on a grid over foil for about 15 minutes to let it "glaze", then put it on the plank and grilled. Oh, man, even our 18 year old picky eater commented again this morning how good it was! This is a keeper! It won't disappoint no matter how you cook it! I will be making this many times this summer! Thank you!!

This salmon was fantastic! I was skeptical at first because I thought it would be too sweet 1/4 cup of maple syrup, but it turned out really good. The only thing we did different was to grill it instead of baking it, we prefer this way. Served with roasted vegetables and baked sweet potato. Thanks for sharing your recipe Starflower!

This recipe is absolutely awesome! I have a 3 year old daughter and it is sometimes difficult to find recipes that are healthy, but have a taste that little ones will love. We are trying to get more fish in our diet too and this is certainly a delicious way to do it. The salmon comes out so moist and has a delicious sweet flavor. I've already made this one a part of my go to favorites for a quick dinner for the family. Thanks for sharing!
