Great salmon recipe. It's very similar to the flavor of the "Grilled Salmon I" recipe (that one's worth trying too). I like my salmon a tad rareness just so it's extra tender so I bake it at 400 degrees and 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. It always comes out perfect!

Delicious! My BF and I loved this and it was so easy. I used 2 large cloves of garlic and did not marinate at all and it was perfect. Served with steamed broccoli and couscous!

My children gobbled this up. My son who rarely eats fish, asked for more. Also made this recipe when visiting family and a sister-in-law said she'll never cook salmon any other way.

Made this recipe this past weekend for a bbq. Everyone LOVED it! We made the salmon on the grill and the charcoal flavor plus the maple flavor was an absolutely wonderful combination!

I followed this recipe exactly but thought the maple syrup overpowered the other ingredients too much. I know it's called Maple Salmon for a reason, but the kitchen smelled like French toast. It was all right, just not really in line with my personal preference.

WOW!!! My husband is not a fan of salmon but I convinced him to try this for me. He and our 9 year old son LOVED it! I did add just a little bit of horseradish after reading some of the other comments and it was perfect! It wasn't too sweet, it was just right! Thank you so much for sharing this recipe, it's now one of our favorites!

Wow! This is now my families favorite dish. My daughter even loved it and she doesn't like fish! The first time I made it I followed the instructions exactly and it was little dry - so the next time I baked at 375 degrees for about 18 minutes.... PERFECT! Thanks for this easy, delicious recipe!

My husband and I weren't sure how the soy sauce and maple syrup would taste together but we were both pleasantly surprised. We used a little less maple syrup and a little more soy sauce than called for so it wouldn't be too sweet. Definitely a keeper!

so so yummy and so so easy! I used crushed garlic instead of fresh cloves because of what I had. I used a little sea salt and garlic powder instead of garlic salt. my guests raved about this salmon. will definitely make this again and again!

I thought this recipe was really good. It had a little more of the maple flavor than I wanted. So next time I'll probably do a little less than 1/4 C and maybe a tad more soy sauce. Also, it was little dry, so I might do a little less time in the oven. But overall a really good recipe. Will be making again for sure!!!

This recipe got mixed reviews in my house. My son and I (who both love grilled salmon) didn’t care for the sweet taste. I did like the texture though. My daughter (who doesn’t like salmon) loved it and wanted more. My husband thought it was okay.

My husband and I were not fond of salmon until we tried this recipe. We both loved it. Since then I have ordered it at our favorite restaurant where they use just maple syrup, balsamic vinegar and Dijon mustard. I am going to try this variation next.
