just finished the dish with a few drops of sauce left on the plate. It Is So Good That I Bit My Mouth. only had frozen salmon so left it out on the counter for 30 in marinade to defrost a little and increased baking time to 30 min. came out perfect. had it w/ lemony french beans. good to balance off the sweetness of maple syrup. this will be easy to make 10 or even 20 times more for a dinner party.

I've been making this recipe for years, and it always gets two thumbs up! I change up the recipe a little (minced onion instead of minced garlic, double the measurement; garlic powder instead of garlic salt, reduced to half the measurement), and grill instead of bake. I wrap the salmon in tin foil and place on the lowest rack of the barbeque for about 20 minutes. It always turns out perfect!

We absolutely loved this recipe. I usually bake salmon with just salt and pepper, but I wanted a change and this was fabulous!

Very tasty, we loved this recipe! I baked at 400 for 15 minutes instead of 20 so it wasn't too dry.

Fantastic recipe. We'd gotten into a bit of a salmon rut, and I'd been looking for a new way to serve it for awhile. This really fit the bill. It was SO good. Even my 2 year-old and 4 year-old gobbled it up!

This is my favorite recipe for Salmon! I usually bake the salmon in foil packs when I make this instead of a baking dish, easy clean up and it keeps the salmon really moist!

I love maple syrup which is why I tried this recipe. It was pretty good but still needed a little something to attain 5 star status. I'm not quite sure what would perk it up but I'm going to read through the other reviews before I make it again.

LOVE this recipe!! i added a bit of this, and a bit of that to round it out (a bit of cooking wine made it extra yummy), but otherwise it was super simple to make and really delicious.

Great salmon recipe. It's very similar to the flavor of the "Grilled Salmon I" recipe (that one's worth trying too). I like my salmon a tad rareness just so it's extra tender so I bake it at 400 degrees and 10 minutes for every inch of thickness. It always comes out perfect!

Delicious! My BF and I loved this and it was so easy. I used 2 large cloves of garlic and did not marinate at all and it was perfect. Served with steamed broccoli and couscous!

My children gobbled this up. My son who rarely eats fish, asked for more. Also made this recipe when visiting family and a sister-in-law said she'll never cook salmon any other way.
