Maple-Poppy Seed Dressing

"This simple recipe was handed down to me from a very dear friend, and is great on any tossed green salad. You can add a few drops of red food coloring to make it pink if you wish."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup real maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, maple syrup, vinegar, sugar, and poppy seeds in a bowl until blended.
