these were good! not perfect; they didnt get fluffy for us, but they were not rubbery. i added some cinnamon and vanilla and the flavor was great with melted butter and a little bit of maple syrup. i will definitely reuse this recipe.

The pancakes tasted okay but they were not light and fluffy - very dense and heavy. Worth the $5 at Costco for the big box of Bisquick!

This was a fantastic recipe. The pancakes turned out really fluffy and ultra delicious. I have tried many pancake recipes, but this one is the best. I will use this again for sure!

I followed the recipe exactly and don't think these are tasteless at all! I think it's the maple syrup you use that makes the difference. Anyway, these are the best pancakes I've ever made. I've used a few recipes from this site and wasn't impressed until I used this one. Just be sure to use the best maple syrup you have or can get. :D

These were excellent - so tasty! I added 1/4 cup of quick-cooking oats, a dash of vanilla and cinnamon, and used 2T of maple syrup instead of oil. Very good!

I made this recipe with my grandchildren this morning. Usually, I cheat and by the just add water and shake bottle, but I have been really in the mood to really cook lately. The kids loved helping mix the batter and ate three 1/4 c size each. That is a lot for a 4,6,and 8 year old. We made the recipe for 4 servings and substituted melted butter for oil and added 1/4 c of sugar and 2 tsp of cinnamon. There is enough batter left for tomorrow morning, too. Thanks for a great memory.

These were good. They are definitely thin but the edges get crispy when you cook them and that definitely adds something to them. I added a touch of vanilla and served with real maple syrup.

Great recipe. No more need to buy boxed mix. I did add 1 tsp of pure vanilla extract and I used whole wheat flour. Delicious. They are on the thin side but I like my pancakes this way.

I did think this was a little bit thin so I reccomend a bit more flour. Add a bit of sugar and vanilla extract for a sweeter tase. This recipe came out great first time!

As written this recipe deserves a 2. I thought it was way too salty as is. I ended up adding a tablespoon each of sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon, and a banana, and then it tasted good.
