This a great little bread, once you tell people it's maple nut coffee, everyone will want to try it just to try and figure out the flavours. However, there are a few things you will need to know about the "Directions". It's not really complicated, but is a little fidly. So make sure you follow the steps carefully, with the following clarifications.
In Step 2 - it says to "punch dough down" ... DO NOT EVER actually punch dough. Just gently push or ease the dough outwards will more than suffice. Also, i know it sounds strange, but when it comes to dividing the dough, (I prefer to use a knife personally, as i think it's a little easier than scissors). Just go with the directions, if you follow them you'll get the hang of it. Think of parmesan pastry twists and you'll get the idea.
The important thing with any bread is DO NOT overcook, please. Also, if you are going to leave it to cool, cover the whole bread with foil, this will make it even more moist and delicious. Enjoy.
