I'm not a lover of marinated chicken, especially at the end of summer when I've gotten tired of grilled chicken. This marinade was excellent. Not only was it easy to prepare, it permeated the meat and added nice flavor after only 2 hours of marinating, and all of the flavors complemented each other without one flavor being overpowering. I was afraid this would be too sweet but the maple syrup added subtle sweetness. Make sure to use real maple syrup. This was excellent, the only change I made was to use one clove of garlic. Will definitely keep on file!

One of the best chicken recipes i've ever had. I got many compliments from the whole family. Instead of grilling though, I took the advice of another reviewer and baked this at 350, for around 30 minutes.

TASTED GOOD. THE FLAVORS WORK WELL TOGETHER. I BAKED THE CHICKEN IN A GLASS DISH AT 350 FOR ABOUT 45 MINUTES. THERE WAS A PREFECT AMOUNT OF GLAZE.

This recipe was absolutly delicious! I marinated the chicken in all of the marinade for a few hours and I ended up cooking it in a skillet. I put the chicken and the marinade in the skillet and cooked it all together. My husband said it was the best chicken he had ever had, and I have to agree! GREAT RECIPE!!!
