These are fabulous!! I was looking for something different and this certainly did it! No need to modify this one. They are perfectly tangy yet slightly sweet. Serve with sweet potatoes and sauteed apples with cinnamon. Delicious!

These were really good - great flavor. I also made the sauce in the same pan that I'd browned the chops (hate to waste those brown bits). Didn't use all of the sauce to top them - but should've. I thought it would be too sweet but I think they probably needed the extra something. Will definitely be making these again.

These pork chops were excellent and very easy to make! I'm not a huge fan of pork chops, however they were on sale and I wanted to try something different with them to make them interesting and boy was I pleased..... My son loved them and I brought them in the next day for my co-worker who by the way is an excellent chef and she LOVED them!!!! This one is a keeper!

HOLY YUM, BATMAN! This was EXCELLENT! I typically do not care for pork at all, so I am always looking for a good new recipe that might make me change my mind. This was it! Wonderful! Not too sweet, not too tart, just PERFECT.

My husband does typically not like "sweet" meat. However, I wanted to try something new for pork chops, and given the reviews, I decided to risk it. He loved this recipe as did his brother who was over for dinner. My husband even wants me to make it for his mom, he liked it that much. 2 of my 3 kids liked it. I did use 1/3 c. brown sugar (instead of 2/3 c.). Also the sauce was thick enough I did not need to add the cornstarch.

Made this for my family last night. Hubby said it so good that he'd give up his steak for it. Everyone went back for seconds. I'll definitely make this again.

I loved this recipe. The chops cooked great (though mine were over an inch thick and took closer to 35 minutes) and the glaze was super. I actually just added the brown sugar to the sauce instead of broiling on top and it was very tasty. My 7 year old ate more meat than I did!

These pork chops were a big hit with my family. I was concerned about it being too sweet, so I only used 1/3 cup of brown sugar. (Versus 2/3 c.) I didn’t get too much of a maple flavor, so I think next time I’ll use a little more maple syrup. Overall, the pork chops tasted great and were very tender. Thanks, Cheryl!

This was really good. The whole family loved it and had seconds. It's almost like a sweet and sour sauce, but with a good twist. I will definitely be making this one again.

I was a little concerned that these would be weird with the brown sugar and maple syrup, but they were really good. My fiancee said they were restaurant style and unlike anything else he had as far as pork chops were. I didn't have the brown sugar become crispy like other reviewers. As soon as the pork chops were done baking, I pulled them out and spread small spoonfuls of brown sugar and it melted instantly, drizzled maple glaze and broiled. Maybe the other reviewers broiled them too long or too close to the flames??? Tried them with sauteed apples and slow cooker mashed potatoes. A wonderful combination.

SUPER SCRUMPTIOUS! I had to fight my husband for the yummy, crunch bits of brown sugar that didn't completely melt. The glaze was outstanding. I didn't have any butter on hand so I used olive oil to brown the chops in. I can't imagine them tasting any better had they been browned in butter. We will enjoy this one often.
