Wow, so easy and tasty! I made a quick salad with romaine, strawberries and toasted pecans (cleaning out the fridge) and this vinaigrette was perfect. Fast and easy. I mix it in a little Mason jar and shake it up.

Great dressing. I only made 2 servings, but used a full tsp. of Dijon mustard. I like the idea of subbing some of the mustard for horseradish for more kick that some reviewers mentioned.

We are really watching our calories, so we doubled the non-oil ingredients and used sugar free syrup. Still delicious!

So very good. I have also made it replacing the maple syrup with honey and adding two cloves of garlic. So versatile, simple, and so much better than anything store bought.

I love this dressing for a number of reasons. I cannot tolerate most store bought dressings due to chemicals. Secondly it's easy, and most of all, it tastes good on almost any salad. I use it on most green salads, especially ones that I put blueberries, craisins, or strawberries in. This has been a hit for a number of years at our home.

I needed a quick salad dressing to take to a barbeque to dress greens. I had made something similar, so tried this recipe and it was a good choice as it was the hit of the gathering. I added dried cranberries and sunflower seeds to the greens, and the salad was great. I made the recipe as directed, just calculated for 4 servings.
