Very tasty and good if you cook it right away but DO NOT FREEZE! They do not re-heat well at all! The texture reheated it not good! If you eat them right away WOW! This is great, and so easy to stuff and prepare.

I made it without the hot chilis and think it's fabulous. Tried it on Thanksgiving and will make again for X-Mas. Will try w/chilis when not making it for folks who don't do the hot 'n spicy!

Definitely lots of flavor. I used about half as much of the chilis because of my 6 year old. Very good.

Wow- this is one of those dishes my husband and I can agree on! The filling is so flavorful, not bland at all, and the sausage with it makes it even more hearty and fit for a man's appetite! You won't regret making this for a dinner party!

This manicotti was great! Everyone who ate it thought I had bought pre-stuffed manicotti shells! Also, I always fill the shells uncooked. It's so much easier and faster too!
