This Indian-inspired smoothie is creamy like a milkshake, sweet, smooth, and doesn't use sugar! It's great as a snack, and is the perfect compliment to all of my favorite Indian recipes.

This flax and kale smoothie doesn't even taste green! Feel free to play with the ingredients. I'm not sure how well other greens go in this smoothie, but the taste of kale is really easy to cover up!

I invented this recipe when I started running out of smoothie components. I think it tastes like a cross between peaches and cream, and egg nog (there are no eggs in it though). The oats and/or wheat germ can be omitted for a smoother smoothie.

Beautiful and satisfying, this breakfast-in-a-glass will keep you going all morning long. It's also great as an after school snack or late afternoon pick me up. All ages love it because it tastes just like an orange-coated ice cream bar. To save the remaining half of the avocado, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate to use in a salad, spread on toast or add to tomorrow's smoothie breakfast.
