ready made pizza crust
1 (13.5 ounce) container
fruit-flavored cream cheese
1 (26 ounce) jar
mango slices, drained and chopped
Suggestion-use croissant dough for the crust (lay flat and connect the triangles). Gives a nice buttery flavor and flaky texture.
Used pear instead of mango and sprinkled with turbinado sugar.
Easy and delicious! I used pineapple cream cheese with the mangos and it was wonderful. I took this to a dinner party for an appetizer and it disappeared. I've also tried it with pineapple cream cheese with manderine oranges! Yummy!!!! So easy!
I mixed a little bit of strawberry jam with plain lowfat cream cheese. Turned out delicious!
Also good, for a breakfast treat, using English muffins or bagels. I prefer fresh mangoes. So fast and easy.
It was really fun and GOOD to eat with my family.
