chopped fresh basil leaves
cooked chicken, cooled and coarsely chopped

cooked Minute® Brown Rice, cooled
fresh mango, peeled and chopped
grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
large green lettuce leaves, washed and dried
crumbled goat cheese
This recipe and pic is misleading. I actually bought all of the ingredients for this and can say it looks nothing like the pic when the ingredients are combined. The balsalmic dressing turned this an awful looking mucky brown color. I am not familiar with crumbled goat cheese. It is not like feta. It is so soft it literally melts when stirred. The acidic dressing, basil, and tart cheese was an unpalateable combination. I am so glad I hadnt added the chicken and mango yet. It unfortunately was tossed at that point in the recipe. I hate wasting ingredients too.
