This recipe was a big disappointment--I like all the ingredients & it really sounded like an interesting combination. I mixed the dressing & waited until right before serving to toss together but within 10 minutes, the salad greens were wilted. And even with low-sodium soy, it was still too salty for my taste. Sorry, but not impressed.

I am Barbara Gibney and I would prefer almonds too but my husband hates almonds. I also prefer using strawberries with walnuts and a light balsamic dressing. :) I have to thank my twin sister for pointing me to this website. I did this recipe over 10 years ago. I had no idea it was on the internet! :)

I'm a busy professional and Mother of 2 teenagers. This is a great healthy recipe for those days when I don't have time to cook. It's also good topped with grilled chicken! However, I prefer to use low-fat Italian dressing and natural, sliced almonds, instead of peanuts.

This was a different take on a salad. Be careful not to add too much soy sauce. I eyeballed mine rather than measuring, so it seemed like a little too much, but overall quite tasty!
