REally yummy. I made this to serve to dinner guests. Salad went got over really fast. My husband wanted to have it next day for lunch, and he is not a big fan of salads !! Only thing I did different was to use less balsamic vinegar than suggested.

This salad was very easy, however the dressing has a little too much garlic. it does have a zing to it indeed. If I make this again I will reduce the garlic. I did like that it was recipe for two!

Excellent Salad.. I used butter and red leaf lettuce, and added dried cranberries.

Very simple salad and easy to throw together. Citrus salad dressing has zing to it.
