This isn't a 3 star recipe but it's also not quite a 4 star. Don't get me wrong, it's good and I will definitely make it again but it just seems to be missing something or had to much of something.

Tasted wonderful! I used chicken instead, sliced thinly, and it worked just as well. Also, I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, so I added 2 additional TBS of orange juice. When I make it again, I will probably wait a minute longer to add the mandarin oranges, as they got pretty broken up during the last 2 minutes of cooking. Otherwise, wonderful!

This was fairly easy to make, and yummy. The soy sauce was a little strong so I might put a little less in next time.

Excellent! Like some other reviewers, I folded in the mandarin orange slices just before I removed the wok from the heat, and I did add a dash or two of curry powder and red pepper flakes, but this recipe gets 5 stars even without those changes!

Delicious! I just added onion, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes for a little kick. The marinade is great and I love that it's only 15 minutes. Super quick to whip up! Hubby loved it too!
