This is one of the best sandwiches I've ever had!!! I made mine as 2 open-faced sandwiches and it was delicious and super easy. This is definately a new staple!!

What a delicious way to use vine ripened tomatoes this time of year! I added slices of red onion to the sandwich but other than that, I followed the recipe. My husband LOVED them and so did I. This will become a regular dinner for us this Spring and Summer!

Very, very yummy! Tip: Cover the entire slab of bread with the mayo mixture, otherwise the bread will burn in the places not covered.

I thought his sandwich was delicious. I didn't measure out the ingredients for the spread, but I probably added a pinch more than the recipe called for. Great for a light lunch or dinner.

Absolutely perfect sandwich. I served it with sweet pea soup. The only thing that could have improved it was if I had some better balsamic vinegar. Try this!

I love this recipe. I doubled the parmesan cheese and used an olive bread for more flavor. I've also used small slices of italian bread for an appetizer.

WOW! Who knew such a simple sandwich could be so delicious! It took me less than 5 min. to make and less than 5 min. to eat. I gobbled it up so fast I didn't even realize until I was done that I was still standing next to the oven...lol. I followed the recipe exactly expect for the olive oil, I omitted that step. Mmmmm I'll be making this one alot!
