This was pretty good. I followed the recipe exactly except I cut it to two servings since we had one squash and it was only my husband and me. Hubby likes acorn squash and I'm not crazy about it, but this made it much more to my liking. He wasn't crazy about all the different textures, but we both agreed we'd have it again.
