Thank you! Great recipe - I substituted the eggs for strawberry applesauce - YUM!

Wonderful. I made it as a Bundt cake and it turned out perfect. Glazed with powdered sugar glaze and brought to a party. Everyone loved it.

This is a fantastic recipe! I would definitely recommend it. I added a banana and took it to work and it was gone in record time. Made 6 more loaves today and my family has already eaten one. :) There are 4 of us. :)

This bread was great, I made a few changes, I didn't have nuts so I added 1/2 cup hemp seed which gave it a nice nutty flavor. Instead of 4 c white flour, I use half white & half wheat. I do alot of juicing so I used the pulp from the apple instead of applesauce. Also used 2 c brown sugar and no white sugar. The bread was fabulous.

YUMMY! I halved the recipe and made them into mini muffins. Baked for about 12-15 minutes. Came out perfect! My 2 year old daughter came and grabbed seconds off the cooling rack! I think she approved! I will definitely make these again and again.

I would say that this is good but not the worlds greatest recipe. I was a touch dry so we ate it with the left over apple sauce and it was great. I personally like a little more Zucchini flavor in mine so if I were to make this again I would increase the zucchini amount. I do like the apple in it though. Next time I might also try to use whole wheat flower. One other comment, it has a lot of sugar to really call it healthy. Again, it was good though.

Yum. Mine did end up a bit crumbly but still tasty. I didn't have all of the applesauce so I added more grated apple. I also subbed raisins for the nuts.

I followed the recipe to a T as well, and it comes out perfect every time. I like that it isn't overly sweet. I can't quit making.
