These potatoes are fantastic! Very flavorful! I've found adding chives or parsley works well too! This made my Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner so easy!

I made these for our Thanksgiving Dinner. Convenient to make the day ahead and my family raved that these were the best potatoes they ever had. They stay creamy and are absolutely delicious. PS-I did add some roasted garlic to them.

These are great! I sprinkled fresh chives on mine before popping in the oven. I don't think that I will ever want plain old mashed potatoes again!

These are fantastic! I made the night before. And believe me I was skeptical. My son ended up eating about 5 platefuls before the day was done! Good with OR with gravy.
