Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) salmon fillets
  • 1/2 cup Dannon® Plain Yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon fresh chives

Directions

  1. In a shallow plate or glass bowl mix together the yogurt, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice and ginger.
  2. Lay the salmon on top and turn over to coat with the marinade.
  3. Cover and set aside for 20 to 30 minutes.
  4. Remove from the marinade and broil the salmon about 3 inches from the heat until browned on top and cook until just done (4 to 5 minutes).
  5. Remove and place on warm plates. Serve immediately sprinkled with chives if desired.
