As someone else said 'it wasn't sweet but wasn't too bitter or sour'. This was a nice change to macaroni salad. And it didn't take long to make! I liked, too, that it didn't make a big bowl full when all you wanted was 'just some'. I made this as written and it was very good but I also took someone's idea to add some dill to the leftovers. I really liked that, too.

This recipe was fantastic! It wasn't sweet but it wasn't too bitter or sour. The consistency was nice too - not too much 'soup' for the noodles to lay in yet not dry. The flavors complemented each other well and none stood out to overpowered the dish. This is a dish I'll be sharing at all family gatherings!

This is an excellent recipe; I was surprised to find that the sugar and vinegar tasted good in it, I had never used them in a salad like this before. I,also used more mustard as someone else mentioned, but that is just a taste preference anyways.

Nice, easy salad to make. I added some fresh dill (but no pickle) on the suggestion of a previous reviewer.

This is a very good classic egg macaroni salad. I added a little dried dill and some diced pickles. Great classic dish, easy to doctor up too.

Nice little salad that you can whip up in no time. I made it following the recipe, which is totally unlike me to do! :) Looks runny when you first make it, but when it sits the pasta absorbs the dressing. Packed it for lunch for my husband and the kids and they all loved it. I might jazz it up next time with a little more seasoning like celery seed and some more vegetables for color.
