Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® White Rice
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton Dutch apple nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Apple juice (optional)

Directions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions.
  2. Combine rice with yogurt, raisins, nuts and cinnamon in medium bowl; mix well. Chill. When ready to serve, add a small amount of apple juice to moisten, if desired. Garnish, if desired.
