Topped with cheddar cheese. Was very good, but I only gave it four stars because i thought it was a bit too garlicy.

I made this for a holiday party in December. There were leftovers at the end of the night, which is a sure sign it wasn't a complete hit, especially since everything else was gone by the middle of the festivities.

I made this for my yearly 4th of July party! I didn't find Old Bay Seasoning but added Tony Chachere's Creole seasoning and some garlic and extra crab. It gave it a little kick and was a huge hit at the party!!!

This recipe is SO good! It really does take like a restaurant-version of this dip. The only thing is that the recipe doesn't make much. I actually tripled the recipe to get the right amount. I think the key is in the romano cheese--buy the expensive stuff!

Wow this was great! My only complaint is that the recipe states that it serves 24 and it barely served 15! Next time I'll at least double it.

I thought this recipe was excellent. I followed some of the suggestions. I used a whole block of 1/3 Light Cream Cheese, used Marinated Artichoke Hearts, and also topped it with Mozzarella. It turned out excellent.

Very good! The pan was scraped clean at the end of a recent party I made this for. I added a small can of green chiles and a squirt of lemon juice.

good, but i thought the amount of sour cream needed to be lowered 1/4 cup, and replaced it with 1/4 cup romano. It made the dip too sour creamy with 1/2 cup.

Delicious everytime. Even my husband who claims to NOT like spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, OR sour cream can eat almost the whole dish!! I use tortilla chips to dip with.

MMMMM, VERY YUMMY! My husband said it's worthy enough to be from a restaurant! I was very surprised! The only modification that I made was I put a whole block of cream cheese in. I will be making this for holidays! Very good with toasted french bread.

I tried this out on friends at our New Year's Eve party. Rather than eat with chips or crackers, we fried bowtie pasta. This was our favorite dish at Trapani's Eatery in Bay St. Louis, MS. Trapani's was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina, but we can still have our favorite appetizer. It is very easy and delicious.

this was delicious! there was another one very similar to this on the same site that also sounded good so I incorporated what I liked from that one and created this one. I doubled the entire amount added more garlic and put in two cups of mozzerella cheese and a little more than a whole brick of cream cheese. baked for about 45 minutes. took to a New Years Eve party and got huge Kudos!! will make this again for parties for sure!

Very nice artichoke dip - I made '3' appetizers for New Years - all which were good except for "Sassy Chicken Enchilada Dip" - Stuffed Mushrooms Casino was another WINNER

This was very good. Next time I will take the advice of others though and add additional cream cheese. It's very thick otherwise -- not bad, but I think it would be better if it was a bit creamier. Great flavor though and very easy to make.
