This was okay. I prefer a peanut butter and banana sandwhich though. I didn't use the dates because I didn't have them on hand, and I ate it on toasted bread. The recipe doesn't keep well at all, so make sure you only make what you will eat in one sitting. I also couldn't really taste the apples much. I sliced them thin, so maybe next time I'll cut them in chunks. I'm unsure whether I'll try this again. It was a pain to get it to combine (the apples wouldn't mix in) and the flavor was good, but not worth the effort in my opinion.
