I am in a weight loss contest at work, and am on a team of 6 people. There are over 350 participants in this 7 week contest. Each wednesday after weigh in, one of us is responsible for bringing in a low fat dessert. I made this for yesterday, and it received RAVE reviews. It was delicious! We are already thinking of other versions with different flavors of Jello.

For a low fat dessert this turned out very well. I didn't have a blender handy so I used a mixer instead, but it left it a little lumpy. For being low fat it probably deserves a 5 out of 5, but overall I rate it at a 4.
