Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup egg substitute
  • 1 (14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat egg substitute for 1 minute or until frothy and slightly thickened. Stir in milk and vanilla. Combine the flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt; add to the egg mixture and mix well.
  2. Pour into a 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees F for 18-22 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack.
