Fantastic recipe! Not too sweet, and definitely more work than just throwing blueberry muffin mix into a pan, but these are a really healthy way to have a great muffin!

I made these today and they are very easy to make but just not sweet enough for my taste. Could have been the fact that my blue berries were rather tart and also the fact that I used 1/4 cup of honey insted of the brown sugar. DBF hasn't tried them yet but I don't think I will make these again.

I had very high expectations after reading most of the reviews ... these muffins need a lot more brown sugar than specified in the recipe.

I love this because it tastes good and is good for you, I did change it to ALL wheat flour instead of mixed and I added chopped apple.

AMAZING!!!! Such a terrific recipe! I made no alterations to the recipe other than I used frozen cranberries instead of blueberries since I had none at hand. The result was delicious!!!

These are awesome!!! And they freeze really well, super moist and tasty! Most healthy recipes taste "healthy" but these are a special treat. Great recipe.

I usually don't like the taste of "low fat" foods but these are delicious! I think the fresh blueberries make this recipe. I couldn't find wheat bran in the store, so I used original All Bran cereal instead. Eat them warm with butter. Oh yum. I'm going to go eat another one now.

This was bland, not sweet enough, didn't cook properly and way too healthy...I wouldn't have baked it if I had realized beforehand that there was not fat...if you're on a diet, don't waste your time with these muffins...

These muffins are definitely healthy, but I found them quite small and dry. If I make them again I might mash a ripe banana into the batter to add some extra moisture.

A great healthy muffin that was easy to make and came out nice and moist. A few mods from other reviews: 1 cup whole wheat flour instead of 1/2 and 1/2, added 1/4 tsp to the baking powder and baking soda, All-bran cereal instead of wheat bran, and frozen mixed berries in place of blueberries (though I would think any fruit would work nicely).

I followed the recipe, no exceptions, they were great. This may replace the recipe I love that uses all bran. Be sure mix in the flour just until moist to ensure light airy moist muffins.

Seriously great muffins! I followed the recipe except I used All Bran cereal (instead of wheat bran), half cup brown sugar, one and a half cups blueberries. I was very skeptical about using applesauce in place of oil, but you will never miss it. These muffins are moist and delicious. I look forward to tomorrow when I can have another! Yum-O!

These are fantastic! I am always skeptical when it comes to low fat muffins. They always look good but never turn out that way. Not these! I found them delicious. They also freeze well.
