A great healthy muffin that was easy to make and came out nice and moist. A few mods from other reviews: 1 cup whole wheat flour instead of 1/2 and 1/2, added 1/4 tsp to the baking powder and baking soda, All-bran cereal instead of wheat bran, and frozen mixed berries in place of blueberries (though I would think any fruit would work nicely).
