I used sugar free Jell-o and it was still good. I noticed that it set a lot faster than 30 mins, so I had to break it up when I added the fruit. I would advise watching it more closely, maybe every 5-10 mins.

This salad was so light and refreshing. My family enjoyed it. I doubled the mandarin oranges and also tossed a cut up banana into it. Yummy!
