This turned out pretty good, but it does require a lot of ing., I also think that I would use chuck steak cut into cubes or beefstew meat or even sirloin in place of the ground beef floured and browned and then added to pot. I'm rating it four because overall my family did like the flavor, but I found the prep time took a little longer and they did not really care for the hamburger, so I will make again but will use a different cut of beef. It did have a lot of flavor and I would suggest stirring it every fifteen minutes or so, as I did have some sticking to the bottom of the pot.
