Okay, I did change this a bit. Instead of butter I used lard. Once meat(ground chuck,85%) was cooked I used my potato masher on it to make it a softer consistancy. (oh,& I only used 1/2 cup of beef broth) I added about a tsp of grill seasoning & a dash of fresh nutmeg. I added approx. a tsp of butter at the very end of cook time. I ate Maid-Rites as a kid and this was as close as I've come to since then. Thanks for the post!!!!
