Flavor was great.. will use this marinade again except with a different cut of meat. The London Broil was too tough and not tender enough.

The first time I made this I marinated overnight and I could not believe how juicy and tender the steak was. Absolutely delicious. Even my father in law who doesn't eat much steak was coming back for seconds. The most recent time recent time I made it, the steak was pretty thick so to be on the safe side I pierced it several times and doubled up on the recipe. It marinated for only 3 hours and it was absolutely delicious. You would think it had been marinated overnight instead of just a couple of hours. Great recipe that's become a family favorite

I cut meat for a living and just thought I should mention here that flank steak is not the same thing as a london broil. There is a top round london broil and a shoulder cut london broil, both of which are very thick cuts (almost like roasts).... A flank steak is entirely different and very thin cut (as the muscle is naturally thin and small).

This was fantastic! I grilled for 6 minutes on each side and it was perfect. Even my two year old, who is allergic to milk and extremely picky, asked for "more meat please."

This is a terrific marinade for London Broil! I was only able to marinade for about 1 hour and it was great! I can't wait to marinade overnight!

This is an awesome recipe!! I didn't have time to marinate it for long so I took a reviewers advice and used 3T lemon juice to help tenderize the meat. I served it with baked potatoes and a quick salad. My family thought it was soooo good. I plan on making it again only marinating it overnight.

This is a great recipe. I actually used London Broil, but added some different ingredients. I added oyster sauce, worcesterchire sauce, and alittle bit of sugar. I also didn't put any salt in it because soy sauce has plenty. I bbq'd it until itwas medium rare and then sliced it very thin. My family loved it!

I marinated this for 9 hours and it came out so tender and flavorful. Then I BBQ'd it on high heat on the BBQ. Thinly cut the meat and it was a hit. This marinade is a keeper!

This was so good, I marinated it over night and then grilled it about 15 minutes let it rest and wow, so good. I will use this recipe again.

So simple and so good! I didn't add lemon juice as many suggested because the acid in the catsup was enough to tenderize the meat. Made recipe as is. I marinated a little more than 24 hrs and not too salty. Good with or without dippin sauce (dipping sauce was more sauce with a bit of dry mustard and a pinch of sugar added).

I make this often. It's one of the few meats that my 2-year-old will eat without complaint. I make 2 at a time and freeze one in the marinade. A family favorite!

I love this recipe! I BBQ'ed six large London Broils for my sons travel team thinking I would have left overs for the nest day, and I didn't even come close to having enough. The boy's loved it! Thank you for a great recipe.

Delicious - - my family loved it. I added a LOT more garlic, doubled the amount of ketchup, and added 2 tablespoons of lemon juice. I also omitted the salt because of the soy sauce. I made two batches of marinade for 4 lbs of meat and grilled the meat over mesquite wood chips. It was delicious and I'll make it again, but perhaps with a more tender cut of beef.
