Tasty marinade. My london broil wasnt as thick as the typical london broil is so the flavor was able to absorb into the meat very well. Will use this again.

The meat was nice and tender however it really didn't have much flavor.

Really good flavor! Meat came out very tender. Like others - I tweaked the recipe - no oregano or ketchup, added lemon and a bit of tiger sauce and 3-4 garlic cloves, as well as, soy sauce.

I didn't make any changes and we really enjoyed this marinade! I grilled it on our foreman grill that sits on our kitchen counter, total of 7 minutes for grilling time

I used my oven's broiler and probably will just grill next time. I used another recipe's instructions on what to cook it on (Hi for 7 minutes each side). I had to do this multiple times because it wasn't thorough cooked. Had it been cooked properly at 14 minutes it looked SO superbly juicy but it wasn't done....and the extra cooking time dried it out. The marinade was excellent and next time I will cut it up better to increase cooking time or either throw it on the grill.

This is the first time I made london broil. It turned out great. My husband and 2 year old both liked it as well.

made london broil for my first time using this marinade.the smell was so fabulous.and the taste was even better.after smelling it all day i knew i had to make an extra batch to brush on as i was broiling it. .glad i did. i usually make my husband expensive steaks and this is the only one he ever said "MMMMMMM, what kind is this?" i even made a batch just so my daughter could smell it.will never make a steak without it again.

I make this recipe all of the time and it is delicious! My husband loves it too and it is so simple--I have only marinated it for one hour at times and it is still out of this world!!

My favorite! I love this recipe. For leftover meat, slice real thin and toss in a hot skillet with butter, oil, onions, and sliced bell pepper with a tsp of chili flakes....serve with tortilla, s. cream, salsa and cheese. WONDERFUL!

Sooo easy! I read my 17 year old daughter the recipe over the phone from work an hour before I came home, and she put it together herself and threw it on top, and it still came out excellent. I am always looking for a good steak marinade- I think I found my "go to" recipe!

I marinated for more than 24 hours, and added 1 tbsp of lemon juice as per a suggestion from another reviewer. This smelled great cooking, and it tasted fine, but I still wanted steak sauce. I'll probably make this again but I'll have to tweak it a bit--maybe red wine as others have suggested.

This recipe is so good I made it twice in one week. It works out well even if you don't have the full 5 or 6 hours to marinate it.

This a great recipe, the flavors in the meat were wonderful! I did change a few things though--instead of salt I added 1/2 tsp chipotle smoked Tabasco sauce, 1 tsp of worchestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of Teriyaki marinade(it has soy sauce in it) and marinated the meat in a ziploc bag for 4 hours, turning every hour. I put the meat in the broiler, 8 minutes each side. I will definitely use this again and marinate it overnight!

This is a keeper in the rotation whenever I can get London Broil on sale!Followed the directions & let it marinate overnight. The little bit that was left over was even tastier the next day! Great recipe!
